Junior Gym
for 13 to 15 year olds
Tuesdays 6.00 - 7.00 pm
If you are aged 13 to 15 years of age and
are looking for an opportunity to work out
in our fitness room (where the minimum age
for use is 16) then this is the class for
you.
Our fitness instructor, Tumie Ngakane, leads
a work-out for a small group of youngsters
taking full advantage of the CV and weights
machines available in the fitness room.
Junior gym runs in blocks of four sessions
at a cost of £15 per block. This is a
popular class and there may be a waiting
list to join.
